Shipping Policies

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order. You will receive an email when your order is on the way!

PORCH PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9 AM to 5 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with the address and instructions.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using UPS [delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns can be done by mail or by dropping off locally. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Exchanges on like items are accepted.

Full refunds or exchanges are given if the item is in its original condition. If the item shows visible wear, a partial refund will be given. If the product has been altered or can not be resold in its condition, no refund will be given.

Please allow 7 days for your refund to process.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at madeybauntielinz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis, but I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
